
Shauna Cordick is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). She has completed a Master of Science in Education, a Graduate Certificate in Behaviour Analysis, a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies, and an Early Childhood Education diploma. Shauna is dedicated to providing individualized Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services and
disseminating the use of Applied Behaviour Analysis across all areas of life. She is passionate about learning and continues to expand her knowledge in Applied Behaviour Analysis in the
areas of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Health, Fitness and Sports Performance. Shauna ensures programming includes comprehensive training for individuals, families, professionals, and stakeholders to support learning and generalization across all environments. Shauna believes in the proverb, “It takes a village,” and is actively committed to
creating a safe, happy, and loving learning environment for all!

Hala Chakra is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). She has a strong foundation in supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. She began her career in 2017 as a respite provider, working directly with children with autism while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Disability Studies and Psychology. In 2021, Hala advanced her expertise as a behavioral therapist while earning her Master’s in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Brock University. Hala’s practice is rooted in evidence-based interventions delivered with compassion, trust, and care. She is deeply committed to building meaningful connections with her clients, ensuring that every intervention is tailored to their unique needs. Hala continues to advance her career in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), broadening her skills to better support individuals in achieving meaningful, value-driven lives.

Anna Ledbetter completed her undergraduate education with a major in criminology and a second major in psychology. Since then, she has worked with the Autistic community, individuals with multiple diagnosis and youth in conflict with the law. Anna has a masters with specialization in ABA and has had the opportunity to learn from a number of professional colleagues. Anna has a fiery passion for disability rights, accessibility, and celebrating diversity. BIPOC LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.

Nicole Jacobs has provided a variety of ABA services and supports to those with developmental disabilities for more than 10 years. After completing; 1500 hours of supervised practice, a Masters Degree specializing in applied behaviour analysis and passing her board certification exam Nicole became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in November of 2018. She is also a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO). Nicole has worked with those diagnosed with autism throughout her career providing both community and in home support. It is through all of these experiences that she has found a passion for using the science of learning to help her clients achieve their full potential. Nicole can also be found on the OAP provider list as an approved provider for OAP core clinical services.

Our Team

Olivia Awe completed her undergraduate degree in Religious Studies and Anthropology, and completed an Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care. Olivia is completing her Masters in Applied Disability Studies with a concentration in Applied Behaviour Analysis. Olivia has been dedicated to working with children and youth to develop strong support systems and evidence-based strategies to cope with challenges. She has been working with Children diagnosed with Autism for several years now. Olivia aspires to continue learning from other professionals in the field to deliver high quality care.

Laura completed a Master’s degree in Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University in 2025, and an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (French immersion) from the University of Ottawa in 2020. Laura began her career as an educational assistant and teacher, working with students with developmental disabilities in elementary, middle, and high schools. Through these experiences her passion for working with individuals with disabilities grew, leading her to pursue a career in ABA to provide more individualized supports to her clients. Laura firmly believes in a client and family centered approach, and that working together creates the best outcomes for each client.

Devon Clark has brought a variety of skills to Applied Behaviour Consulting since it's inception. From payroll and finances to scheduling and general administration duties, Devon completes the background tasks that are not directly ABA in nature. Devon is passionate about bringing a team of highly skilled individuals together to provide the best services and experience for clients.
