Shelbie is currently completing her master's degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from The Florida Institute of Technology. This program encompasses the verified course sequence that is determined and required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as well as providing education on how to be a competent science informed-practitioner. Shelbie has a passion for helping individuals with exceptionalities and in March 2022, Shelbie celebrated her 8 year anniversary in the social services field. Shelbie provides services online, in home, in the community and in the office. 

Shauna has over a decade of experience working and learning alongside children and youth in the home, school, and clinic setting. Shauna is in the final year of the Master of Education program at SUNY Potsdam while also completing the Applied Behaviour Analysis graduate course sequence through the Florida Institute of Technology. She believes in collaborating and building positive relationships with families and other professionals to help achieve and maintain meaningful behaviour change for clients in their everyday lives. 

Kadija Said is a dedicated professional with 5 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and developmental disabilities.  Currently entering her final year of the Applied Disability Studies Masters program at Brock University, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Kadija upholds a strong academic background and a profound understanding of the field.  Kadija is committed to developing and implementing individualized behaviour support plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and delivering evidence-based interventions. Her approach is grounded in the principles of applied behavior analysis, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and foster meaningful progress.  Kadija is passionate about working with diverse populations by fostering an environment of respect, empathy, and collaboration.

Mandi obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Child Studies at Carleton University, in December 2020. Since then, she has been working in the ABA field, with experience in the centre, home, and community settings. Her passion for working with children with exceptionalities is continuously growing. Mandi is currently enrolled in Florida Institute of Technology's Master's Program in Behavior Analysis Practice as she is working to expand her knowledge in the field of ABA.

Nicole has provided a variety of services and supports to those with developmental disabilities for more than 10 years. After completing; 1500 hours of supervised practice, a Masters Degree specializing in applied behaviour analysis and passing her board certification exam Nicole became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in November of 2018. Nicole has worked with those diagnosed with autism throughout her career providing both community and in home support. It is through all of these experiences that she has found a passion for using the science of learning to help her clients achieve their full potential.
