Kate has been working with children and youth with developmental disabilities in various capacities since 2012. Since obtaining her Autism and Behavioural Science graduate certificate, she has been working as a Senior Therapist in Ottawa providing ABA services to children and youth with autism spectrum disorder in-homes, the community, and in clinical settings. In 2018, she began her Master's degree at Brock University in Applied Disability Studies with a focus in Applied Behaviour Analysis and is on track to graduate in April 2021. She hopes to pursue BCBA certification following the completion of her supervision hours and coursework.
Shelbie has her undergraduate degree in psychology from Trent University and in October 2020, she became a Registered Behaviour Technician with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Shelbie has been practicing in the field of ABA for a year and half now and has loved every minute of it. She has worked with adults and children who have a variety of special needs and challenging behaviour for over six years now.
Nicole has provided a variety of services and supports to those with developmental disabilities for more than 10 years. After completing; 1500 hours of supervised practice, a Masters Degree specializing in applied behaviour analysis and passing her board certification exam Nicole became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in November of 2018. Nicole has worked with those diagnosed with autism throughout her career providing both community and in home support. It is through all of these experiences that she has found a passion for using the science of learning to help her clients achieve their full potential.
