Kate has been working with children and youth with developmental disabilities in various capacities since 2012. Since obtaining her Autism and Behavioural Science graduate certificate, she works as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in Ottawa providing ABA services to children and youth with autism spectrum disorder in-homes, the community, and in clinical settings. In 2021, she graduated with her Master's degree at Brock University in Applied Disability Studies with a focus in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
Shelbie is currently completing her master's degree in Behavior Analysis Practice from The Florida Institute of Technology. This program encompasses the verified course sequence that is determined and required by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as well as providing education on how to be a competent science informed-practitioner. Shelbie has a passion for helping individuals with exceptionalities and in March 2022, Shelbie celebrated her 8 year anniversary in the social services field. Shelbie provides services online, in home, in the community and in the office.
Shauna is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over a decade of experience working and learning alongside children and youth in the home, school, and clinic setting. Shauna is in the final year of the Master of Education program at SUNY Potsdam while also completing the Applied Behaviour Analysis graduate course sequence through the Florida Institute of Technology. She believes in collaborating and building positive relationships with families and other professionals to help achieve and maintain meaningful behaviour change for clients in their everyday lives.
Nicole has provided a variety of services and supports to those with developmental disabilities for more than 10 years. After completing; 1500 hours of supervised practice, a Masters Degree specializing in applied behaviour analysis and passing her board certification exam Nicole became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in November of 2018. Nicole has worked with those diagnosed with autism throughout her career providing both community and in home support. It is through all of these experiences that she has found a passion for using the science of learning to help her clients achieve their full potential.
